The Emerald City is a darker place than expected in Wicked, with splendid palaces and gardens, but also has crime and poverty. The citizens of the Emerald City are mostly prosperous and wealthy citizens who wear lavish clothing and costumes. However, there are less pleasant people, as well. Our Emerald City is a dark and light blend of amberwood, bamboo grass, amber, juniper, apple, sage, peony, and hyacinth.
