HOW IT ALL STARTED
Back in 2002, The Spirit Goat unexpectedly bloomed into business after our founder had experimented in her home kitchen to create just the right soap and lotion that would cleanse, nourish, and moisturize her babies without irritation. It seemed others, young and old, were also in need of these gentle products.
From home kitchen to an adorable boutique-style store (with working kitchen within view in the back), The Spirit Goat is going strong today. We have spent years researching, formulating, developing, and yes ... growing! We offer a wide variety of goat's milk products. We cater to those with skin sensitivities. The aspects of the business we enjoy most are 1) being able to help those with skin-issues, 2) entertaining our creative side, and 3) having a means to provide back to our wonderful community and all they offer to our family.
SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. CUSTOMERS: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 days of receiving notice of orders. We ship using USPS Priority mail unless another method proves to be cheaper. That means you get your order in less than one week! Custom orders may take longer.
You will receive shipping notification with tracking information via email once your order has been processed.
We often use USPS Flat Rate boxes to save you costs on shipping. Unfortunately, our shopping cart can only calculate regular Priority shipping charges. If we are able to save you money on the shipping cost, we will refund any overcharge. Currently, USPS offers Flat Rate boxes in 3 sizes.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on purchased product. We make every attempt to describe the product as accurately as possible on our website so you know exactly what you are buying. We are proud to say that, in our many years of business, we have received very few complaints and/or request for refunds.
With that said, if we make a mistake in processing your order, you can be rest assured that we will correct the error at our expense.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you make a purchase using a credit card or other electronic payment account, we collect your name, billing address and telephone number for the card, the card type, card number, CVC/CVV2 code, and expiration date. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. (NOTE: for security reasons, we do not store your credit card information.) We also collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address, and telephone number of the intended recipient(s).
We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances.
